Treatment, Recovery & Disposal (TRD)

CCS' state-of-the-art TRDs treat, recover and dispose of all upstream petroleum wastes from initial drilling to production. Handling drilling mud, completion fluids and tank bottom sludge, the TRDs separate oilfield waste materials into three streams: recoverable hydrocarbons, waste water and solids. In addition, CCS facilities provide emulsion treatment, clean-oil terminalling, water disposal and tank and truck washing services.

The CCS-developed Gravity Compression System (GCS) maximizes the effects of heat, time and pressure to separate the waste, leading to improved recovery of valuable hydrocarbons and fewer residual wastes.
